His pops in general are underwhelming. His theme gets a lot of CDQ action, if we're just being honest.

Though I'm not sure there's necessarily a lack of interest in Lesnar. I think fans enjoy seeing him on screen and in the ring.

Is he worth the money? Not sure what the financial specifics are now, but he surely proved to be early on when they were getting great buys out of him. Plus, anytime he's booked for something, it gets crossover coverage and trends on various sites.

They fukked it up by having him lose matches. He should be undefeated since returning. It would have made the atmosphere for the UT match better and his draw would be even stronger. Still, I think there's money to be made in an eventual title run and/or showdown with DB at a major show. Streak definitely gave his matches a new dynamic.

No....not really sure why the WWE gave him such a sweetheart deal. He was all but washed in the UFC, so what else could he have done where he would be capable of earning 1/10th of the deal he got from VInce? Seems like they bid against themselves.

Of course he's a nice asset to have for all the reasons others have already listed, but its not like we're talking about a Hogan/Rock/Austin type talent in his prime where hes the clear cut DIFFERENCE between great business and not so great business. As a talent, yes he puts on some great and unique matches, but the guy is incapable of cutting a promo on his own which severely limits his appeal.

I think hes vastly overpaid...especially considering that he has to be taken off tv so frequently because of the way his contract is structured. They couldnt even follow up on him ending Taker's streak. Whats the point?

How do you know he is being paid that much money? $5 million? Even during Stone Cold and The Rock's prime years (and when business was booming) they were rumored to not even make that much.

I mean is his downside/base pay a guaranteed 5 mil? I'm pretty that figure includes shyt like PPV points, merch, etc which he certainly hasn't effected

"As contract stipulations begin to leak, on of those circumstances reported in Brock Lesnar's agreement was that Brock had to work a told 30-40 wrestling dates for the year. For those intervals, Lesnar would receive five million dollars. The dilemma with this exists that other full time members of the roster perform over 200 dates per year and don't even make a fifth of Lesnar's income. In fact, other than a smattering of elite headliners, most WWE wrestlers make less than 500,000 dollars a year. And that doesn't include travel expenses and hotel accommodations that those wrestlers have to disburse for out of pocket each week. The gap between dates and salary among full time WWE wrestlers and Brock Lesnar is blithering, and may be an overall arrant endeavor for WWE."

Its based off the figure that was out there, not sure if its 5 mil per year (doubt Vince is that dumb) but 5 mil is the number that was given so go with it.

But imo no his return isn't worth 5 million. Imo he's had no classics since his return, he cant do a promo without heyman, during ppv media week he isn't there. If im paying someone 5 mil, you can do a damn press conference.

As far as legitimacy, anyone could be in that spot if booked properly.

Brock is money

He's one of maybe 3 guys that get your "wrestling is gay" MMA demographic to sit down and actually consider the brand. He's probably the only guy on the roster that still has the old school kayfabe lives aura about him where you really believe everything he's doing. You seriously ponder whether he's on a script or not with the way he handles his segments and certain spots in matches. We don't have that anymore...he's wrestlings last loose cannon, this is real life in the ring superstar

Not yet, but things are gonna pick up with him. Beating the streak erased those jobs to Cena and HHH now he's going for the belt next

These guys are actual star names though You really think Cesaro, Ziggler, Sandow etc deserve to earn anything close?

Jay Z gets paid a helluva lot more a show than Papoose. Pap may perform more a year but does he deserve to make the same money?

It was reported by TMZ and several news sites in 2012 of his great deal. He gets paid that much because he drew the best UFC buyrates of all.time. That's why it was common sense to keep him undefeated and then him vs Taker would of had a HUGE reaction or him vs Rock with the Rock's career on the line...crowd would be nuts for that too.

Combination of being in Richmond, VA and That HHH feud bringing him down

I always believe no matter who you feud with or what town you're in, if you're a true star, you'll get a huge POP regardless. Stone Cold has proven this PLENTY of times. No matter where he is or who he is feuding with, the crowd reaction is ridiculous.
