In this day in age u gotta make sure ur spot is high tech. U don’t want high school kids or street cats using ur spot as the hangout spot. Badge in badge out.

of course cameras everywhere

sounds like a simple idea but I would think that market is saturated.

Asking for my family’s future :lupe:
Calculate the running time of each washer and the divide that into the total minutes the place will be open. That will be the absolute max you will make....and that's only if the machine is used all day with no breaks, and not counting the time it takes to load and unload a machine.

At least you'll get an idea of what your revenue may look like

One by my parents spot opened up when I was in hs. The owner is a lazy piece of shyt and the place looks like a bomb went off, nobody goes there anymore
As long as it’s in a good area and you take care of it shyt should be a good investment

you're NOT "n!ggas"

It's a breh with a laundromat right by me and it's the NICEST I've ever seen :wow: This bytch got EVERYTHING :damn:

I used to chop it up with him a lot :ehh:
Breh put me up on a lot of game but ultimately I realized (and then he told me) that the white girl working there is his wife :beli: And they inherited a bunch of money from her dad which started the laundromat :upsetfavre: It let me down a lot, but yeah.... it's an option
