I researched this years ago. There's a lot to consider here.. overhead is a bytch. First, you have to make sure you have a maintenance contract with a handyman or the company that you are buying the machines from. Just think what will happen if you have a few machines down, that's money out the door. Then, imagine what the water, sewage, electric and gas bill will be on a monthly basis. Not to mention the rent for the location if you don't own the building. Next, you have to consider if you will have a wash and fold service which could be very profitable. If you do that, then you have to hire workers that you don't have to pay too much to run that service. A lot of times with the wash and fold service, they pick up and drop off so you may have to hire a driver and buy a van. You don't have to do that service but you would want to get as much business as possible.
