They just put him on the list for the best mcs of the last decade breh. He was underrated but honesty he's not anymore. People started to appreciate his genius.

reason hes never on goat lists is because a lot of people who know who Cam is never bothered to listen to him other than his hit songs and think of him as a joke because his most known content has a comedic style to it and his rhymes were funny..went over a lot of peoples heads, and they never took him serious as an mc, i think..

honestly, when u take his entire body of work into account, the answer is yes
On the Coli? No he isn't but other than that he definitely deserves a lot more credit. Only dude I think gave him his props was Wiz Khalifa when in reality he's probably inspired 99% of this swag generation of rappers. The punchlines he laid down, his flow, his hustle is something to be admired. Dude was the prototype of the modern day rapper.

Dude ain't on the same level as Pac, Nas, Jay Z, Eminem and the GREATS...
His music doesn't even sound like it's "GREAT"...He is pretty much a mixtape rapper quality of music...

Cam is miles ahead of Jay in terms of rapping. I like Jay, but hes a pretty average rapper. He just knows how to make great albums.. and that second part..

Jay Z is only there because of his financial influence on hip hop...I can't remember the last time I heard a Jay Z song...Cam is miles ahead of Jay in terms of rapping. I like Jay, but hes a pretty average rapper. He just knows how to make great albums.. and that second part..

Cam'ron just doesn't make the kind of music that deserves any more accolades than he currently gets...
Dude just doesn't "heavy bars"...He used to be better, but he just dumbed down his lyrics to a collection of not so funny punchlines...
Dude was a successful "mixtape" rapper...He had a good run, and that's that...

Yes. Cam is tremendously underrated. The rest of dipshyt are buns, but cam is the truth. Also, if he truly is currently a shut in who marathons curb your enthusiasm than te legend will only grow.
