Cell has all the good aspects of piccolo, frieza, and goku's genetics. Do you really think he isn't too powerful? He has the most potential out of any character on the show ever!!!

I'm more surprised Raditz is never mentioned again after he was defeated, nor do we really get to see him in the afterlife. Surprised they never had Goku bring him back with the dragon balls.

I've always said that Cell should have been resurrected for the TOP. But no, they had to revive once again the most overrated villain in Dragon Ball history, Frieza. Imagine if Cell came back and due to him having Frieza's DNA, he trains in the hyperbolic time chamber and obtains a new form. Plus we could have had him flexing on everyone and talking mad shyt to Gohan about being weaker than he was as a kid. And then Gohan, 17 and 18 having to put their on site status with Cell on pause to team up with him in the TOP would have been great story telling.
