I don't mean to sound elitist, but I seriously doubt the intelligence or at least the attention span of people who genuinely hate on Nolan.

I mean, I understand the trolls and the "it's popular, now it sucks." hipster crowd that starts out actively looking for flaws. I get that some people treat this shyt like sports teams and feel like it's the MCU versus Nolan. I know some people think Nolan fans are way too much and like to knock them down a peg.

But if you seriously dislike Nolan films, I have so many questions. Where did you see it? Were you sick when you watched it? Were you in a bad mood? Were you paying attention? Do you use drugs? What were your grades like in school? Do you watch movies or just skim through them? What would you rather watch...Transformers or an Alfred Hitchcock movie? :lupe:

He's definitely not a hack or charlatan.

He's a talented filmmaker.

Although...I do think he might be slightly overrated. He's not "modern Kubrick" as the media has tried to claim.

OP is correct but takes it too far into :troll:zone by mentioning memento and in some respects inception (which for all its pseudo intellectual jargon) was a spectacle cinematically. If the end credits said speilberg I think opinions would change real quick. However when I watched it on amazon the other day :patrice: it was tough to get through I wont lie. But yeah I have stated he is the master deceiver for a while, prestige was literally a copout, Begins got unwarranted praise for being everything batman and robin wasnt not for being great in its own right., when he had no lead in gimmick was exposed with TDKR.And now his ego and the adulation that has come from it led to the downfall of MoS and could result in the ruination of future WB/DC movies
