the clippers are and have always been a poorly constructed team.

If cp3 was in the east or on the thunder/spurs/Warriors or even the pelicans as they are now would he be more successful?

:why:
Yeah he would be more successful

Exactly bit dude gets a bad rap but has been in trash situations.

Prolly the same reason lebron would never go west. The competition out there is rough.

Id like to see paul on the raps or bucks before he retire

this isnt boxing or tennis....basketball is a team sport....

chris paul cant score all the points and defend everybody by himself....

where do yall get this dumb shyt from?
At the end of the day it's not even about winning, in the sense that if the Clippers win - folk would naturally believe CP3 must be doing something right, when that's not always the case. It's about putting the team in the best possible position of winning, which CP3 doesn't know how to do. He's too stuck in his ways and is incapable of breaking his shell and playing outside of it. He's no longer a player who can lead a team, not only because of his age, but because of his style of play. And he has been at this point for some time, it's just taken the majority a little longer to see it. I've been trying to tell folk this shyt for years now, but they'd rather stick their fingers in their ears and believe their own story of how it is.

Neither. You don't win 50 games a year being led by a bad player or with a trash roster. They just aren't good enough to be the contenders that everyone wants them to be. They are poorly constructed and injury prone. Nonetheless, they had a shot in 2015 and blew it. Everyone wants to shyt on Chris and to a degree that is warranted as he is the man and he's had his :francis: moments. However, there is only so much a guard his size can do, especially when you got nothing on the wings. When Steph has had his :francis: moments, he's had guys to step up and carry the load and literally save the season. With Chris, if he don't get it done, it ain't getting done.

breh...the clippers have been a poorly constructed team for years....that has nothing to do with chris paul.....

the problem is the team is never healthy....either cp3....or blake or both are always injured....

they lost because blake was injured....and without blake ....utah is the better team....

the internet has become a wasteland of negativity....cp3 plays just like he always has....keep him healthy and with a healthy team around then we might see something....

i doubt that ever happens with the clips though

Who 'literally saved' the season in '15 when the Warriors won the title, other than Curry? Same goes for last season too, what moments did guys step up (when he didn't) to save the season?
