No joke...of all the heads that talk ball on here I think its like, maybe 10 guys that consistently watch a lot of games and different teams. And of those 10, maybe half still dont seem to know what the fukk they're talking about and more often than not fall victim to the coli's trademark prisoner of the moment routine jumping from trend to trend like a late-90s Jay-Z.
Well you're clearly not one of those 10 guys.

CP3 is playing better than those bottom 3 and it isn't even close. Do people even watch basketball?

This is stupid as fukk. Paul "choked" in one game in the playoffs. He's posted amazing numbers in pretty much almost every single playoff run he's ever had.

Paul is never the damn reason his team's lose. He was the best damn player on the court in 10/11 when he lost against the Lakers in the playoffs when his starting lineup consisted of Okafor, Bellinelli, Landry, and Ariza going against the Twin Tower Lakers with Kobe.

He was injured against the Spurs, he played fukking amazingly against the Grizzlies but his team was outmatched completely when Griffin went down and Jordan got destroyed by z-Bo and Gasol
(That same team knocked out Durant's Thunder and gave him hell), and he was a possession away from beating the Thunder in a series that was about as 50/50 as any match could be.

Nikka's talking about playoff as if Wall and Lowry aren't having great years in the East. So if the Clippers were an Eastern team and got to the Finals, that' d make CP3 a better player even if nothing changed except the Confrence he played on?

CP3 is better than Lowry, Wall, and Damien pretty steadily.

He's a better, more efficient scorer than Lowry while being a much better passer.

He's a much better scorer than Wall, he's better at taking care of the ball, and averages similar assist numbers while being better at protecting the ball and not forcing passes.

He's just as good at scoring as Damien, a much better passer and playmaker, and he's a better defender.

Get real. CP3 is averaging 18.3 PPG on .593 TS%, 9.5 AST (2.3 TOV), and is playing overall great.

:salute: excellent points

Most of the people just use ESPN talking points or create their own biased narratives to hate on certain players or overrate their favorite players. And that applies for any sport.

Chris P character was assassinated by :youngsabo: last post season

I put him at 5, but he needs to redeem himself tho

He can play D and post, something Curry, Irving, Rose and some other pg's can't do

How can people have Curry over Westbrook and CP, when he can't even guard his own man in the 4th quarter? Almost every game Klay is always taking over those duties when it's crunch time.

Seriously every time I watch OKC play GSW you can sense the fear in Curry which is very apparent.

Probably keeps remembering this:

As for this whole thread, the real issue here is that Chris Paul is having to face the opposing teams small forward on a nightly basis. They putting Iguodala, Thompson, Batum, Leonard etc, basically the best perimeter defender on the opposing team on CP, mainly because Barnes sucks. The other point guards don't have to deal with this.

curry the only pg i know who gets credit for iggy, barnes and klay guarding his man. i rather westbrook get burned for 40 points then to have roberson take his man. foh here with him being best pg :camby:
