You have a single fact to back that up? "Reputable" is a loose term since all of those offshore books operate in a very grey area. There's more than five books I can name off hand a shyt ton of people use that offer props like this all the time to get more action. There are TONS of books that take American money. TONS, and this only counting people wagering with American currency.

fixing a fight or the winner is WAY WAY bigger than fixing the type of decision for the winner. not even in the same stratosphere as far as money wagered goes. probably 100x the money is on the straight up winner, as opposed to weird exotics like the type of decision the winner will get

You're right, but there's ways to screw over the public without jeopardizing everything as a whole. I don't think they would truly ever fix a fight against Floyd. There's too many industries relying on him. It's just like fixing the spread but allowing the favored moneyline to win.
Everybody bets those online though because we ALL know Floyd grinds out UDs all the time. It was a lock.
