Is Claudio Castagnoli a unlucky Main Eventer or a Great Midcarder?

Well is he?

And when Cena had called that out the IWC torched him and he was where right. They game him Heyman and he still couldn't get over that last step
Heyman spend more time talking about Brock then he did Cesaro during that whole time :beli: it made no sense to have Cesaro just stand there & let Heyman go on & on about Brock & he never stepped to him once & say hey Brock not here you with me right now fam hype me up

Claudio is better served as the #2 in a tag team. He needs someone who more charismatic and can talk paired with him.
Best pairing they had was him and Tyson Kidd
If anything, Tyson Kidd was someone who was really starting to put it together before he his career was cut short
Was getting more and more comfortable on the mic, was learning how to work 1v1 more, etc

For what reason? If they are down bad, and I mean tremendously in terms of injuries? Even then I'm going to guys like Christian first...
I said could, I didn’t say should.

If he went full heel and aligned with a guy like Stokely to do the talking for him it could work well for a transitional title reign.

Stokely has never enhanced anybody to that level on camera, he’s just a funny Twitter poster who has yet to show he can be a main event manager

I think he could've been a main eventer/champion twice in his career. The first time is when he got organically over and won the Andre battle royal. They should've kept him as a world beater babyface but they turned him heel for some reason. The second time was right before/during the pandemic. He got organically over again, but they didn't pull the trigger.

He's a guy who rides momentum. If he's not featured regularly, then he loses it.

I still consider him a main event guy, even though he's most likely aged himself out of that role at this point. The worst thing to happen to him was that fukking interview by SCSA with that vile piece of shyt Vince Mcmahon. He said he didn't have "it" and his minions, including his son-in-law, just believed it. The only people that pushed back were essentially "us", the online wrestling community.

shyt, he's basically Gunther but he never came in looking :flabbynsick: .
