I don't know. I'm more asking for a Coli consensus.

I haven't personal classics. But then there's albums that are widely regarding as classics.

Testament business wise had major setbacks.

Musically tho, it's on point.

Here's the promo ad for it - even tho it never dropped near that time. It's like it was just about to drop perfectly.

A lot of people on here can't separate a really good/great album and Classic, there's no in between and they use the word classic too lightly

I don't think Cormega has any classics but that's not necessarily a bad thing, there's plenty of really good artist that don't have a classic album

If you have to ask if an album is a classic then you should know the answer

I messed up. Here's the image of the original advertisement

I feel you and agree.

When Nas commented on illmatic recently and the pressure to outdo it, or just having a classic album in his catalog.

His head went back and he just said "I don't know - there was just something in that album"

And that was inspiring.

It's almost like the work, the vibe but then this extra unexplainable thing to it.

Almost at a spiritual level.

Classics have this x factor to them.

The reason why I don’t think it would be considered a classic is because most people didn’t hear it til years after it was recorded. I think by the time I heard it he wasn’t even with Chris Lighty anymore and had gotten dropped from the label. Still I think Realness was better as do most.
