I stopped wearing my masks for good about a week ago, I now go outside and inside places every day without it 🤷🏾‍♂️.

Personally, my decision came down to come to just realizing and coming to terms that it's time to move on, can't wear it forever, you gotta get used to the feeling of not wearing it because you can't wear em forever to the day you get old and die.

I mean technically you can but c'mon really?

Besides I've taken all three vaccines and got the final third shot back in March 🤷🏾‍♂️ simply put it's just time to move forward and to move on, most people from what I've seen over the past few months have stopped wearing them which also played a very very small role in my decision.

My blood pressure is chillin at 158/111 and 148/120.

I'm not a fat boy either. Don't smoke or drink, eat real conservatively too.

On December 12th I ran for 2hrs. My average bpm was 172. High was 187. Felt good. I normally run so this wasn't out of the ordinary. 2 days later my chest was hurting, I figured I pulled or strained some muscle...shyt hurt for 7 days.

Pulled out my blood pressure kit......been monitoring it 3-4 times a day. Drinking water. Just walking on my treadmill and even when sitting, sitting on my indoor bike and pedalling slowly.

The heart ain't nothing to fukk with. Won't make it 40 if shyt don't change. Will have a stroke or heart disease or something....if covid gets me I'm cooked.

Does high BP/hypertension run in your family?

I would suggest you get on BP med because diet/exercise alone won't be enough to keep your pressure from being high. The doctor may gave you something like Lisinopril/HTCZ.

Be prepared for this thread every November/December/January during the cold and flu season. Cases will always rise during this time of year. People will freak out again, then those same people will move on for months until the next November. Rinse and repeat.

It never left and that’s what’s so crazy to me with how some people move; some people are not wearing mask and not getting the vaccine :smh:

Some people act as if nothing is wrong and yet shyt is still as crazy as it’s ever been with co-vid and now the flu season being in full swing too

My mom had it. My pops just hit 70 and is good. No medication, no ailments.

My BP was low and good a few months ago. I regularly test it and monitor my sleep and all of that.

Granted I was only eating brown rice (unsalted), chicken breast, tuna, and oatmeal....it was low and great.

I'm gonna do that again. I have an appt on January 26th, they'll probably put me on something.

I'm already signed up to run 3 races in 2023. Mar and April...wild...but it is what it is.
