I have heard it can be bad for you especially if you consistently are on it. Me and my boy have been on it for a year consistently and have taken it daily is that ill advised?
2.5-5 grams pre/postworkout. No need for loading phase. Unless you have kidney issues, creatine is one of the safer supplements out there. And drink at least a gallon of water a day while on it due to its volumizing properties
