Is crossfit the reason Seth keeps getting injured?

watching the way these guys train, iv always heard crossfit is bad for your joints. i did crossfit for a few months and it was the best condition iv ever been in in my life. but its draining, not sure is should be done mixed in with the type of wrestling rollins does

Seth's style is pretty high risk, so there's that.

Honestly I think some people are just more injury prone and fragile than others. You see it all the time sports and strength sports. Just as some can be genetically blessed with speed, strength, power etc.. I think some are blessed with robust joints and tendons, and some aren't.

Don't think crossfit is that bad if you are smart and know what you're doing, which Seth probably does.

Man Crossfit is a legit workout if you do proper form, and know what the hell you're doing. I torn my knees up doing regular lifts and shyt. It is what is sometimes man.

Yeah, if the form is perfect you won't get hurt but you're highly more likely to get hurt, even seriously hurt, doing it

I've done crossfire before, great workout but it's wild stupid the shyt you do, I see why so many get hurt doing it
