I wouldn't think of it that way. Injuries happen for a lot of reasons: sold a move wrong, freak accident, during training; so it could be any of those.

A lot of high flyers definitely get injured often, but I don't know if it's their conditioning team or if Seth ain't taking care of himself.

He also hasn't been injured that many times in his career, has he?

Anyone would have been injured the way Rollins has both times. I don't know why people are trying to blame it on Crossfit.

Some people's bodies are just more adept at being able to handle the stress sports put on it. Look at Lebron, 6'8 260 or more and when has he ever missed significant time due to injury? Granted, basketball and pro wrestling are different as can be.

I would say probably not, but I do think the rash of shoulder injuries over the past 3-4 years has been directly attributed to Cross Fit type programs being implemented at the PC and dudes doing Cross Fit on their own time. If he comes back and tears his rotator cuff, I'd say absolutely.

Yes/No. The work schedule WWE has, is what is causing it. Remember they work 200+ dates a year.

So basically its just WWE's style more suited for big men; since they work slower and are not expected to do high risk shyt.
