Not even close. DC has ALOT of black wealth. Currently and historically. But his comparisons of Atlanta to DC in terms of black celebrity visibility and in entertainment space is not even close. Even a city like LA with a way smaller black percentage probably carries more weight in black en entertainment and celebrity than DC because of the industry. Same with NYC.
