"What ya'll think Atlanta is, is DC now" is such a weird comment to make. Calling DC the "new" anything is just comedy.
nothing about education
nothing about political engagement
nothing about safety
nothing about families
just money, celebrities, and turn up.
and we gotta continuously reach down to try to pull up these unserious people.

Yeah only thing that has changed in DC is there's more traffic and more El Salvadorians.
DC isn't even chocolate City anymore. It has gotten so expensive. Most Black People have moved into PG County Maryland, or barely holding on in the Hoods of Northeast and Southeast.
I was paying 2500$ a month near Potomac Metro, seeing shootouts and goons lurking. Million dollar homes with fiends posted in front of everyday.

I would say that DC isn't DC anymore now that Trump has gutted Black wealth in the region with his arracks on Government workers.
