they been saving him all season by limiting his carries

And he still win end up with more than 300 carries. Just don't want to see him wear down any faster than he will anyway if they keep running him into the ground. I know he is still capable of toting the rock that much but next season he will be 32 and despite his numbers this season overall he has had several games this season where he didn't look good at all and it wasn't from lack of carries.

The convo makes sense only if the Ravens win a Super Bowl this season, and god forbid Henry has a lower-body injury late in the off-season (August/September 2026).
