I like D rose, but I think Irving can be a more difficult player to guard than Rose.


Even though Rose has improved his shot, you would still play off him more times than not. He will still have his struggles out there.

Irving's outside shot is much better than Rose's, so u have to stay on him, then he will just cross u up.

Athletically tho, Rose is 2nd to none at that pg spot.

Again, no hate to Rose, but there are ways to defend him. If he's on from 3, forget it.

What happened was the bulls played the preseason like the regular season and where teams hardly play defense and when shyt got real were overwhelmed by a,deeper fast defensive team that is better than they were 2 years ago while the bulls are the worse than they were 2 years ago

That nikka deng was horrendous last night.Until this lame ass front office makes a move to add a post or perimeter scorer it will be groundhog day

the bulls did not play preseason like the regular season. they were resting and sitting players throughout the preseason and won despite this. also, all the rookies and bums were seeing significant playing time in the regular season. none of the starters barely played more than 30 minutes in ANY preseason game.

I'm not saying that to diss.I remember when Marbury was Derrick Rose.Same kind of hype...#1 high school player...all of that.

His game has always reminded me of Marbury's.Skill wise, I don't see much of a difference(Although I will say Rose is a better leaper).

Mentally, Rose isn't as "off" as Steph, neither.


For that fact alone, I'd choose Rose over Steph.......Being that they're the same type of player talent/skill wise IMO

So the key to beating the Bulls is to get Rose to settle for long jumpers. He won't consistently make them and cost his team the ball.

It doesn't matter if rose has it on or not they're not beating miami. That's one of the sloppiest displays of offense I've ever seen when rose wasn't on the floor.you got Dunleavy looking like hes pete roseing out there letting 90yr old Ray go by him and create, and I can't count the to's he had on the other end. That kid snell is doo doo status he ran towards drose twice as he drove bringing his defender over and was literally running in circles not knowing where to go.
