It takes nothing to become a "master" of martial arts and then decide to train people. Black belt can be achieved by simply being willing to pay the money and stay with something for years , so a dojo or instructor can squeeze the most from you. Plus Black belt just signifies you know the basics and time commitments, doesn't even recognize if you are good. Martial arts is a for profit thing in america, most people involved with it are kids and weirdo lames that are flabby and sick

Conditioning, takedown defense, strength, experience against grapplers, or fighting an out of shape Jiujitsu opponent.

Jiujitsu requires conditioning when you're talking about high level fighting so men who lack conditioning and or an ability to dodge strikes are susceptible to being dropped if they are winded trying to get takedowns

But put a muay Thai guy who can't grapple against a well conditioned Jiujitsu guy, I'd bet my money on that Jits.
