He also had Tom Thibs as his defensive coach... that should say it all... they kept most of Thibs sets after he left.

7-7.5/10 coach IMO.

I've always liked DOc since he was in Orlando. He's not the best at anything but he's one of the few coaches that's fairly good at everything, such as motivating players, getting quality shots after timeouts.

this. hes not a top coach, but hes decent/good and thats better than majority of coaches in the league I feel

Dunleavy, Aldelman had great talent too, and aint won nothing.

Doc can draw up great plays. Every time he calls a time out you can almost count on them getting a great shot. Plus he team seems to play hard for him.

breh he is that good. If you watch how he manipulates his roster & gets the most out of garbage players you'd understand.
