He is a pop star singer, as far as hip hop goes, he will never reach the top 20. When it is all said and done, if he can stay consistent with the singing and decent songwriters/lyric writers, there is no reason he can't eventually have his own lane, but Jay-Z's whole persona and career path is a lot different, can't really compare the two because Jay was always considered more than an artist from the jump, independent style, while it's pretty well documented that Drake has 3 or 4 bosses in his pockets at all times.
You write it for him, he will perform the fukk out it, so like I said, he can have his own lane in the industry, but Jay is different.
When you are talking about levels in here, there are levels to levels. Fame, and popularity, he probably already surpassed Jay. Talking hip hop, will never even be in the conversation as Jay
