Top 10...no...hell no, but he's a noteworthy artist who's really kind of an acquired taste I find. Not everybody is going to understand him or his approach, to be on that level you should be unique yet able to communicate with the audience at large effectively. Listening to E-40 rap, especially when you're a square is like deciphering morse code

Why yes he is. I was listening to my E-40 playlist the other day and I was like This nikka has so much heat over all these years and is still putting out great music while most of his early 90's contemporaries been washed up. Plus the nikka just drop so much game in his tracks. Earl still spittin at damn near a prime level.
