No, if Jeff was reliable and didn't have his issues he would have been on the same level as Cena organically.

Jeff never got a full green light push and was still the second biggest star in the company when he left.

Edge is my favorite but Jeff Hardy is also on my list as faves. Edge did main event WM24 so as far as who is the bigger star I'll say Edge. But I think Jeff may have been more popular or received more love from the fans. Mostly becuz for the meat of their careers Edge was heel and Jeff was face.
