Leaving Cali is one of the most painful decisions but I had to do it, couldn't afford it anymore as a broke college student.

Best believe I'm going back when my money's right tho.

not really, oakland is one of the shyttiest cities in california

Actually it's not. Y'all seriously get caught up on the hype brought on by the flat lands. There are tons of nice places in Oakland and it has some of the best views of the bay. Should there be more, especially shopping, yes, but it's not some crap city like Stockton, Modesto, or Bakersfield etc

Not when you look at housing prices compared to the Midwest. Yo azz gon stay where you are and spend COL of difference on vacations, nice cars, and investments like I plan to do.

As much as I miss my family? Yes, that would pull me back, like I really miss spending time with them
