Also nearly all of Biggie's singles are timeless classics, what classic songs Beans released as a SINGLE that appealed to the masses? Feel it in the Air is Beans most popular song and you have to be in a certain mood to listen to it. Yall might think I'm crazy in regards to Beans looks holding him back but Jadakiss was thinking the same thing about Beans "fat stinkin' nikka/what bytch wanna lay with you". Jay Z may be a talented rapper but I don't think he could have made Beans a star. Freeway, Bleek, Young Gunz did everything right etc and their careers still didn't pan out. Some nikkas just don't have the IT factor, of all the people Jay discovered, Only Ye and Rihanna went on to be huge superstars.
Jay Z and Biggie have that "fly NY hustler vibe" so I guess they could get away with being ugly...... while Beans always seemed like a dusty nikka from Philly even after the fame. MAYBE Diddy could have made Beans a star, with the right sound on his singles. 50 told MOP when they signed with him to hit the gym so appearance DOES matter in rap.
