Final Form cyberpunk is the GOAT, I just wish it was more, I finished it too quick I was addicted to the story and the lore of Night City especially after watching the Netflix show. :mjcry:

Cyberpunk didn’t really get the shine it deserved due to the initial fukkup..

But Cyberpunk>GTA,..Cyberpunk stories and themes sit on u real heavy.

Narratively? Absolutely. I don't know if people play GTA games for that. These types of games are degenerate simulators for man children.
When You put it that Way:picard:
I definitely havent done the whole "Shoot Up all The NPCs l,Outrun The Cops,Steal All The Cars etc" kind of Free Roam as of late, especially on CBP where You see Kids walking about:laugh:

Final CyberPunk is probably the GOAT game outside of RDR2, IMO. Like those two are 1A and 1B for me when it comes to all-time great video games.

Yes.

Anybody who's nonbiased and grew up with GTA will tell you the story and gameplay isn't THAT. It's a satire game purely meant for fun. GTA never had the best stories.

Cyberpunk 2077 is better hands down gameplay and story wise. You'd be better comparing it to Red Dead, and I'm still taking Cyberpunk.

Hell no, cyberpunk didn't make any of their characters memorable, it had all the technical aspects of a great game with none of the soul :mjlol: main character barely has a personality, felt empty as hell making decisions knowing the only thing I gave a damn about was the reward item

The movies at the theater in GTA V have more personality than all of cyberpunk, it ain't even close

Cyberpunk is closer to Saints Row than GTA

This is the biased viewpoints I'm talking about.

:hubie: People refuse to see both sides of the coin.

Dude said Cyberpunk 2077 has no soul, when GTA is based on prostitutes, car jacking, and going on rampages. There is no lore in GTA, no backstories.

I still put GTA over Cyberpunk. But they are so different. I don't truly feel it's fair to really compare them. Yeah they are "open world" but they are remarkably different games in turns of aesthetic and gameplay that I don't even think about them in the same vein.

GTA is only chosen because of the fukery you can cause. The story is basic. The gameplay is basic. And the fukery gets boring after some time. They tried to have it where you can hang with the characters in game, but it doesn't hit like Cyberpunk at all. There's no real replay value.

Meanwhile Cyberpunk 2077 has no multiplayer and you can still replay 3 and 4 times because of the rpg mechanics. Theres a lot of lore between missions, side quests, etc. You can read and learn a lot about the world if you want.

As a single player experience, I think there was way more interesting things to do in GTA San Andreas and maybe Vice City. CP 2077 has the benefit of being released roughly two decades later, so a lot more of its aspects will be better ... core engine, graphics, etc. That said, although it does have a better story, the core gameplay is very fun but repetitive. Much better experience than GTA IV & V tho, IMO.

Don't try explain to me why I like something better than the other one. I like the gameplay in GTA 5. I like the feel of the city. The story is a crime story. Pretty straight forward, sure but it is what it is and I think you are giving way too much credit to the story in Cyberpunk. It's nothing special. Both games are really good. That simple. :yeshrug:
