Yes. Only thing GTA has over 2077 is the dynamism and world building. But CP shyts all over any GTA in terms of characters, gameplay, mechanics, story telling, etc

CP2077 will forever lose marks for that abysmal launch. To it's credit though it has the second best redemption arc of any video game. 1st place is No Man's Sky.

GTA 4 was no slouch on story and was one of the saddest endings in that you lost your cousin or your girl either way
Even the DLC's were revered for their stories
GTA 5 is when you saw they clearly didn't give a fukk about the story as much and just focused on rushing to get online working

Life is absurd. Lean into it.
I'm halfway through Cyberpunk now, it's one of the most immersive and layered games I've ever played. But unless something happens that truly shocks me, San Andreas is the superior experience.
