Places like England are notoriously know for bad food.

However France, particularly Paris is known for food there. Is it overrated or is it good.

French food is all about simple, quality ingredients and good cooking techniques.

I’ve had some delicious ass chicken that is braised with just like fresh butter, salt an a few fresh herbs.

For those used to heavier seasoned food, classic French ain’t it, but doesn’t mean it can’t be delicious.

When ppl talk about french food they are talking about classical french cooking, all the sauces and methods etc. The French was the first to measure and write stuff down the way they do IIRC.

This. It's in the simplicity and the techniques. Some braised duck or chicken seasoned with herbes de Provence be fire.

Funny enough had the best pizza in life in Marseille
