No. America was literally built on racism, prejudice, xenophobia, bigotry and intolerance when American won freedom from the British. All of that racism, intolerance, etc was passed down generation to generation.

As Mooney said, racism is in the blood you can't get rid of it.

Do you think there will ever be a time where everyone is treated at least fairly based off skin color? If not what are the solutions to living in a racist society?

Do you think there will still be problems with racism 200-300 years from now? Or will there be some futuristic thing that lets people choose how they look/their race like that "designer" babies crap.
It's going to be hard to dethrone 1% oligarchs who fuel racist propaganda. So, I'll say that systematic racism and overt racism will be here to stay in some way or another.
