God knows the past, present, and future. The problem we have is that we can only see the past and present. Even the past and present isn't fully understood by us. God knows how what happens in the present affects the future. Somebody we think shouldn't be blessed could actually end up doing something good that works in God's overall plan. God uses who He wants to use, when He wants, how He wants.

Now people do abuse their place in society. That's why there is a judgment day. Every individual and every nation will be judged, because full punishment can't be carried out on Earth. Judgement will be eternal. But the people that are covered by the Messiah don't have to be afraid of going to Hades. Those people might miss out on some of the rewards depending on how they lived their life for God, but they will go on living through the 1000 year reign of the Messiah and into the creation of the new Heaven and Earth....
