I use to always wonder why I midwest, south and west coast blacks blend and get along so well while blacks on the east were just so different. The dialect/slang and errythang. This thread has shown me why that is. Oh and I hate NY accents.

I noticed people thought i was stupid cause of my accent. I have a really thick ny accent and when i moved to jersey they tried to put me in slow classes cause how i talked.

Even in the corporate world its the same way and a lot of people try n speak proper.

But fukk all that. I talk how i talk. No R's/slang.
