I think I like Hell On Earth more, sounds more cohesive as an album to me. And the beats are crazy.

The whole war concept on The War Report was golden, Noreaga's flow was crazy on that joint, the production was just as cold if not colder, them Capone and Tragedy verses was crazy. Honestly, CNN's album is one of the most underrated ever. Personally, it's better than Mobb Deep and Nas' shyt and I'm as big a P stan as there is.

There ain't a single bad track and those Capone Phone Home skits are crack.

HOE has much better songs, and is solid through out. I skip several songs on War Report. War Report doesn't have any songs matching Apostle's Warning, Still Shining, Give it Up Fast, Hell On Earth or even Nightime Vultures.
