I'm re-watching The Wire, and noticed every cop gets better but Herc. Is Herc the worst TV cop ever? This nikka Herc staying fukking up. Herc fukked Bubs and Randy's life up.

It's amazing because he and carver were exactly the same in the first season. However carver went through arguably the best character growth throughout the show and became probably my favorite character. Herc was the same stupid motherfukker at the end and pissed me off every time he came on screen.
