I felt that way too but I realize it’s the beat…in the “remix” someone posted her voice meshes well with the beat and it doesn’t sound like she’s just rattling off her rhymes…granted the lyrics are still basic

She’s doing a nonchalant rapping flow that is popular in the Bronx drill scene

For the most part they rap like that or use an aggressive G Herbo type flow and some alter their voices to make it raspier or deeper
