L on what? He's a good CB...you're comparing him to the best. Why can't it be left at that? From a big play standpoint...it's not comparable between Deion and Revis. And that's not even counting Deion as a returner.

I don't see how this thread is so sacrilegious...just cause its Taxman making it? Even if Prime is better it ain't by much. 10x harder to cover a receiver in today's game and to shut them down like Revis does while playing the whole field is amazing. Plus he's been at the top of his position for a lot of years now. nikkas acting like he said Cromartie > Prime or something

Revis this past season was still incredible..

Seven positive grades, Nine average, three negative grades. Allowed one reception per 14.8 pass plays (third in NFL) QB's had 51% comp pct throwing at him for 2 TD's. Allowed 222 YAC but a huge chunk of that was one play against GB IIRC. Opposing QBR was 72.6 (ninth best in NFL). Covered slot receiver 166 times and held QB's to 31% comp pct, zero TD's, NFL best 24.6 QBR. Overall grade was fourth best CB in NFL behind Chris Harris, Vontae Davis, Richard Sherman.

He had a really good year....he's just not 2009 good anymore.
