Lately it has. My work schedule got changed around the last month so I lost my routine and was too lazy on off days. I'm staying vacation tomorrow then the next week I'm back to close to a usual work schedule so I'm going back on my grind. I need it to. Been needing to burn off some unhealthy calories. It's all routine tho. Once you get a pattern it's just about keeping it.

Gains is my main motivation. Never had problems with botches so that's not even a motivational thing nor is impressing other dudes

Gains man, gains. Seeing you body. Morphs and how two weeks ago you wasn't doing the weights you doing now is enough. I still eat what I want though.

This. Routine is definitely a key contributor in maintaining motivation.

Not really, but I have always been a highly active person. I wish I was able to use my some of motivation to stay in shape and apply it to other parts of life
