i was just talking about this the other day.
i got told around 3 months ago, hit the gym..bulk up the arms and chest a bit and i'll get way more work in a certain field than i'm currently getting.

...haven't done shyt.

:yeshrug:

ever since i fukked my knee up again and had stomach problems in the same year i've never got back to where i was weight and fitness wise.
became one of the skinniest lazy guys ever b...lately walking around like an ethiopian with skinny arms and a little round belly.

now i'm really missing out on money i'm about to start getting it together again or its :camby:for me.

Yea

i use weed as my motivation.

Tell myself i can't smoke until after i meet all my goals for the day.
I do the opposite. I smoke weed to motivate me to go to the gym. Helps me focus and control my breathing.

I'm also very active and feel like a slob if I don't keep a consistent workout schedule.

Somewhere tropic...
Sometimes I don't feel like working out but I go anyway
When I actually get in the gym, I feel a lot better
Try to eat something as a "pick me up" before you go like fruit

Motivation to lift is easy for me

Motivation to radically alter my diet and do more cardio is difficult :ld:
My is growing a bit, need to step my crunches game up.
Is the gym loyal? :lupe:

For 8 years it was.....

I was working as a longshoreman and working 6 days a week and when I got off I was tired and drain...

But since I work as a insurance agent 4 days a week, I started buying my own home workout equipment and my company has a basketball court at the job, so I'm getting back on track...

But food is the battle... u can sit on the couch but don't have that McDonald's or Wendy's every fukking day while on your couch
