Is it harder to win with talent or without?

I know most people will say its harder to win without talent. But with talent comes expectations. Look at Steve Kerr, nobody really writes him off as a top 5 coach because he has always had 3 or 4 all stars. People assume that if you have all stars, its easy to win (aka Pat Riley, Phil Jackson or Popovich. Then you have coaches like Snyder and Stevens who can win without all star talent but you don't have to worry about the egos of a superstar.

I am talking about having 2 or 3 superstars. Clearly that is what I meant when I meant talent. I meant all star talent.
