I know a white boy in Ohio with a house and just got married working entry level Chipotle. Fukking on a big booty bytch at work while his girl works from home. He's got it made tbh cause his parents pay all his major bills. So for people like that they gonna be there for awhile. Everybody else should stack them chips and dip.

If a studio in an avg US metro costs 1200 today, it would be the equivalent of giving such a worker an extra 600 dollars if costs were similar to 1975 . That is savings.


Keep in mind the avg person in those jobs can't even string together $400 for a emergency. So that 600 savings is a big deal

Minimum wage was $2.10/hr in 1975. Was that enough to make rent and have money leftover in those days? Maybe some members coli can speak on it
