its funny how humans act like we 'rescue' animals when we are the ones who put them in the kill shelter in the first place

i would never call my cats 'rescues' - makes them sound like losers

Of course they did. And they should. Because the holiday isn’t about celebrating moms. It’s about making money.

If you love and appreciate ya mom then yea it matters. I know a bunch of people who hate they moms and baby moms and vice versa so those are the people who will use this holiday to throw shade. Im glad thats not my situation and i show love to all of em that i know
