When Kobe's on the team, the team is trying to win a Championship. Kobe had 3 chips before he did the 81.
When you play for the Lakers - even if a player like Nick Young is on the team - the expectation is always: a chip.
Nobody, and I mean NOBODY including even the entire Miami Heat roster and front office included thinks "we're going for a chip" in Miami.
Nobody has that expectation. No fans, no press, nobody. It's not a winning culture or mindset, at all.
