anyway, back on topic. i got the steve jobs standard issue NB 992, most comfortable shoes i owned for years. took them everywhere when i went out of state or out of the country.
a lot of NB shoes are kind of ugly, but then you get shyt when they collab with designers or stores

some of the ronnie rieg shyts come out dope too

That's a lie..those green ones just went on sale for $69 and eBay wants $250..the Kobe's were $160 when they dropped...you can probably get all four used for that price but brand new you would spend about $400

Best shoes I've seen in this thread. Where did you get the green ones and light blue ones at? And those ASIC tiger onizukas are dope. The red ones are okay. But dope shoe collection none the less.

To answer the OP's question though, New Balance has such a crazy range of clientele..old nerdy white dudes LOVE them, they're considered some of, if not the best, walking/running sneakers and can cost crazy money ($200+ even in the early 2000s), but on the flip side they have a huge urban appeal too and some basic casual NB's are pretty cheap, back in the day they used to have 2 for $100-110 deals year round in Philly, dudes rocked the shyt out of them.
