I’ve always been good with tipping service workers, but i got a little upset yesterday when at the bottom of the receipt showed the percentages ranging from 18-22%.

15 is supposed to be for acceptable service and I’ve never heard of 22 as being in the realm of a normal percentage

Nothing worse then you paying with a card and they slide you the iPad with the screen up for tips, basically guilting you into a tip.
