Is it me or is this obsession with realism making games less enjoyable?

Mortal Kombat 2 was dope but I don't fukk with MK11 if you ain't feeling it, drop it. Putting more hours into shyt that you know is going nowhere ain't helping. BF5 was so trash they had parts of the main menu greyed out like a work-in-progress sign for a game you already own.

I don’t have a problem with rdr but like the breh said above there is a point of diminishing return with the animation being too realistic. With that said I’m more concerned about developers focusing on realistic graphics at the detriment of great gameplay. When I was a kid I thought the more realistic the game looked the better the game. Now I know better and I’m tired of beautiful looking games that play like shyt.
