Is it me or the NFL no longer has good kick returners?

NFL been slowly legislating kick returns out of the game, add that to teams not letting high value players return kicks like they used to. So yeah you less likely to get great returners and they really not valued as much

Ray Davis had a huge kick off return in 2nd half vs the patriots that set them up. he had big returns this season

An underrated kick returner was Terrence McGee. He ran back 3 in 2004 , IIRC. Got one in 2005 as well, and in '07 and had the best non TD kick return of all-time in '05
