thats the biggest recipe for looking flabby later, add drinking in there too. I know a lot of chicks that do nothing but that and im scared for how they gonna look in their 30's+. They be on snap just going ham on the weekends, lotta lust and sadness in their eyes. the wolves gotta eat thoMan one thing I done noticed is that for sum reason the chicks that I mess wit be sleeping like hell
like all they do is eat fukk and sleep

Facts. Maybe once a month or every few months for adults but I rather enjoy my day as long as possible instead of sleep in.yeah thats lazy. i used to do that on the weekends in college but then i grew up
I work from home and take breaks whenever I want. I start around 830-9 every day. Speak for yourself“How dare you replenish your body different than me. Be awake and sit on the edge of the bed mad at your job at 6:33am like me“

This is the GOAT sleep schedule. A kid in college put me on, whenever I can afford the time I take advantage, I feel like I get way more done.Normal? No.
Who gives a fukk what's normal though.
I usually sleep in like 3 hour spurts so even when I have to be up late I don't sleep past noon usually. But to me, being able to be in the lab (for whatever I'm doing), up, active, moving around at 3-4 AM is ideal. If you're creating at those hours, sleep as needed.
