Is it normal to only take a dump twice a week or so?

Some people say they hit the toilet multiple times per day :dahell:

But for whatever reason I tend to only go a few times a week, and when I do, well let's just say I'm pretty familiar with how to unclog a toilet. Not sure why since I get a good amount of fiber. That normal or do most people actually, honestly make multiple trips to the throne every day? :patrice:

1.Are you drinking the recommended amounts of water ? ( eight 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon)
3.Are you eating three times a day ? ( breakfast lunch and dinner )
3. Are you working any hours other than first shift ?

Everything that I named above had me like you when I wasn't doing them.
Sounds like you maybe be dehydrated or not eating enough food through the day

1. Probably not. I don't really keep track of how much water I drink but nowhere near that much. I also tend to drink several cups of coffee a day and alcohol on weekends so there might be some dehydration.
2. During the week I don't eat breakfast at all (no appetite in the morning) and usually have a small lunch (like a bag of chips or something). Then I get home and hulk smash the fridge. Weekends are kind of random.
3. Nah, I'm 8-5. I just don't like eating much for breakfast/lunch because I get mad drowsy around 3pm if I do. I'll literally be nodding off at my desk if I eat much for lunch.


Never claimed to eat the healthiest. :yeshrug:
