Go to Sam's Club BJ's Costco or whatever and buy the 36 pack of Fiber one bars and eat 3 of them bytches a day. You'll see results:manny:

If you drink that much coffee daily and only shyt a couple tiles a week, something is definitely off. Morning coffee should he a guaranteed one daily and every one else that day should depend on your diet, but you should go at least once (ideally twice without the morning coffee) daily.

That chocolate and oats is crack. Low carb shyt fukked up my digestion so I bought a 36 pack on these thangs eating about 5 in a sitting. Girlfriend gonna nake fun of me when she sees I went through these shyts in 5 days:pachaha:

Taking a shyt anywhere between daily to three times a week is normal. Need to drink lots of water and add more fibers to your diet. You should cut on junk food and carbs from dry foods like pizza, pasta, rice, etc.
