How the movie does box office wise is irrelevant to the discussion as actors and actresses will still their bread regardless. The only thing that it will effect is their back end profits. Let's not sit here and pretend like these trash ass movies being released on Netflix and other streaming services would make bank if they were released on the big screen.

When it comes to streaming, the money doesn't matter as you can't accurately predict how much money it made for that particular streaming service. It's exactly why if I was an actor or actress, then I'd run to the streaming service route compared to the box office as it's easier to mask the numbers.

So how are you able to determine that John is done on the "big screen" if every big A-list Hollywood actor is doing a movie for a streaming service right now? That's my question. I got movies with Leo, Denzel, Frances McDormand, Streep, Jennifer Lawrence, Viola Davis, Sandra Bullock on streaming services right now, not the big screen. Streaming movies swept the biggest Oscar categories this year. In terms of acting, whether its on the big screen or small screen doesn't matter that much anymore.
